The Cannabis License Expert team includes former Quality Assurance Persons (QAP) from licensed cannabis producers and pharmaceutical manufacturers, Canada Food Inspection Agency inspectors, and Health Canada Food and Quality Assurance professionals from the food and natural health product sectors. Our team, collectively, has the experience of preparing over 100 cannabis license applications since 2013 under MMPR, ACMPR and the Cannabis Act. With operational and regulatory experience, including preparing and successfully obtaining the first ever License to Produce (LP) under ACMPR, our team has the experience that has led to many successful license issuances with no refusals considering over a third of applications are refused for various technical and information deficiencies.
